1. Agreement
By installing or using Maple Cubs: Shape Puzzle (the “App”) you agree to these terms. The App is published by Temiz Yazılım (“we”, “us”). If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
2. Who may use it
The App is designed for children aged roughly 2 to 6, to be installed and supervised by a parent or guardian. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must accept these terms on your behalf.
3. Licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the App on devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial use.
4. What you may not do
- copy, sell, rent, sub-licence or redistribute the App or its content
- reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract the source code, except where that right cannot be limited by law
- remove or alter any copyright, trademark or attribution notice
- use the App in a way that breaks the law or the rules of the app store you got it from
5. Content and intellectual property
The App, its interface, its code, the character “Maple” and the puzzle engine belong to Temiz Yazılım. Third-party material is used under licence and is credited inside the App (Grown-Ups → Credits): picture artwork adapted from Twemoji (Twitter), licensed CC-BY 4.0; interface sounds by Kenney (CC0); the typefaces Baloo 2 and Nunito under the SIL Open Font License 1.1.
6. Advertising
The Android version may display at most one full-screen advertisement every 24 hours, after a picture is finished. Ads are supplied by Google AdMob, are non-personalised and are limited to the G content rating. We do not control which specific ad is shown. If you see an ad you believe is inappropriate for children, please tell us and we will report it.
7. No purchases
The App contains no in-app purchases and no subscriptions. All content is unlocked.
8. Privacy
We collect no personal data. See the Privacy Policy and the Children's Privacy notice.
9. Availability and changes
We may update the App to fix problems, add pictures or meet store requirements. We may stop distributing the App; if we do, versions already installed keep working offline.
10. Disclaimer and liability
The App is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protections of the mandatory law of your country of residence.
