Maple Cubs: Shape Puzzle is made for children. We designed it so that there is no child data to protect in the first place: the app collects nothing, sends nothing, and stores everything on the device.

COPPA (United States)
The Children's Online Privacy Protection Act requires verifiable parental consent before collecting personal information from a child under 13. Because we collect no personal information at all, no consent is required and none is requested. We do not knowingly collect, use or disclose personal information from children.
GDPR Article 8 (European Union) and UK GDPR
No personal data of any data subject, child or adult, is processed by the app, so no legal basis, consent or age-verification mechanism is needed. Ad requests on Android are sent with the child-directed flag and non-personalised setting, which instructs the ad network not to build a profile.
KVKK (Türkiye)
Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data applies to the processing of personal data. The app processes none, so there is no data controller obligation arising from app use, no data inventory entry, and no transfer abroad.
Parental controls in the app
- Grown-up gate. Settings open only after a three-second continuous press — long enough that a small child does not open it by accident.
- Sound and music can be turned off.
- Language can be fixed to English or Turkish.
- Start over erases everything saved on the device.
- Uninstalling removes all local data permanently.
