Common questions

How is the game played?

The board is a white line drawing with some outlines marked by a dashed edge. Those are the empty spots. Your child presses a piece in the wooden tray, drags it onto the matching outline and lets go. It clicks in. When the last piece lands, the whole picture fills with colour.

My child drops a piece and it goes back to the tray.

The piece landed too far from its outline. Nothing is lost — try again, or make the game more forgiving: open Grown-Ups → How your child plays and choose Easy (0–2). In Easy mode a piece dropped roughly in the right place still clicks in.

My child does not know where a piece goes.

Tap the lightbulb button next to the tray. Maple points straight at the outline the next piece belongs to.

There are too many pieces.

Puzzles are ordered easy to hard inside each book, so the pictures at the top of a book have the fewest pieces — some have only three. Puzzles never have more than ten.

How do I turn the sound off?

Open Grown-Ups (the small person icon on the home screen), hold the circle for three seconds, then switch Sounds off. Background music is off by default.

How do I change the language?

The app follows your device language: Turkish devices open in Turkish, everything else in English. To fix it, open Grown-Ups → Language and choose English or Türkçe.

How do I start over?

Grown-Ups → Start over → Clear, then tap again to confirm. This erases every finished picture and every placed piece on this device.

Why did an ad appear?

On Android the app shows at most one full-screen ad every 24 hours, and only after a picture is finished. It never appears at start-up or while they are playing. There are no ads in the iPhone and iPad version. See the Privacy Policy.

Does it work without internet?

Yes, completely. All 200 puzzles are inside the app.

Is my child's data safe?

There is no data. The app collects nothing and sends nothing. See Children's Privacy.
